Order Cancellation
We accept cancellations before your product is shipped. If you cancel in time, youβll receive a full refund.
Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns (If Applicable)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Change of Mind & Misunderstanding
Returns requested due to a change of mind, incorrect assumptions, or misunderstanding of product details (including age suitability clearly stated on the product page) are accepted, however:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging

Incorrect Expectations
Refunds will not be issued for reasons related to:
Expectations not aligned with the product description
Failure to review product details (including recommended age range)
Note: Please do not send returns to the manufacturer.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
There is no restocking fee for returned items.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, weβll notify you via email whether your refund is approved or declined.
If approved:
Your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within a few days.
You may keep all five bonuses, even if you return the product.
Late or Missing Refunds
